Emotional TVC’s

I’ve written a series of TVC’s throughout my career.
These are some of my favorites dramatic and emotional ones from campaigns
for Sorteos Tec and MetLife.

We open with the MetLife logo on a blue screen.

Super:       Personalized insurance inspired by you presents: RuizLife.

We now see a family shot.

Mom:      My family is my drive. I would do anything for them.

Super:    Is there anything that scares you?

Dad:      I’m not scared of anything. I’m the bravest one  here.

Jorge:    You told me that you were scared of eating red meat, dad.

Dad:      Well, yeah, kid, since my heart thing I don’t eat as much. I have to take better care of myself now.

Super:    And did it scare your wallet?

Dad:      It wasn’t as bad. Our MetLife insurance helped me with extra money for doctor’s appointments and for the days I couldn’t work. I made it and now everything’s good.

Super:    Add serious disease to your life insurance. You can receive financial support in case of diagnosis.

 Life insurance + / Cancer / Serious disease / Surgery / School expenses / Funeral expenses /

Jorge pulls out a spider and scares his sister.

Sister:     Hey, Jorge!

Mom:        Jorge!

Jorge:      See, I’m the bravest one here.

Super:      MetLife. Discovering life together.

We open on the Tapia family on a construction site.

Tabatha:     That’s the Tapia family. They just won 10 million pesos and are achieving two dreams. Theirs, of building condos to rent. And mine, to study finance.

We now see Tabatha with her mom. We continue with her mom and discover she’s a nurse.

Tabatha:     I’m Tabatha and although my mom has done everything to support me, I could never have earned a degree without this scholarship.

Tabatha is now taking classes at Tec de Monterrey, she’s clearly happy and excited.

Tabatha:     Thanks to you, buying Sorteos Tec tickets, I now have a full scholarship at Tec de Monterrey that will help me become a professional and improve my country.

Voice Over:  Sorteos Tec. You win when you receive. You win even more when you give.
